'01osti <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII '- <br /> -({_ � % *I- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> • it <br /> ,TE OFN'� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 492 18 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION TO PURCHASE A 15" LAPTOP AND PRINTER FOR YANO HALL. <br /> WHEREAS,the Recreation Division of the Department of Parks and Recreation plans, <br /> conducts, arranges, and promotes organized recreation and athletic activities for all age groups at <br /> recreation centers and facilities throughout the County of Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, Yano Hall serves as a remote facility, overseeing Arthur L. Greenwell Park, <br /> Kona Scenic Park, and Honaunau Rodeo Arena,which are located miles away from the main <br /> office where staff are located; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase a <br /> 15" laptop and printer to improve efficiency and communication from Yano Hall to each venue <br /> or facility under its general oversight; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contigency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of Parks <br /> and Recreation to purchase a 15"laptop and printer for Yano Hall. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,536 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,536 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $1,536 <br /> Recreation Div Equip <br /> 480 Misc.
