PWPRC-16 February 20,2018 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 104: AMENDS CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 9, SECTION 2-40, AND CHAPTER 27, ARTICLE 3, SECTION 27-16, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT Updates the County Code by adding floodplain management to the duties and functions of the Public Works Department and requires that the Council be notified of proposed changes to special flood hazard areas.
