PWPRC-16 February 20,2018 <br /> ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS <br /> BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br /> Bill 104: AMENDS CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 9, SECTION 2-40, AND CHAPTER 27, <br /> ARTICLE 3, SECTION 27-16, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO FLOODPLAIN <br /> MANAGEMENT <br /> Updates the County Code by adding floodplain management to the duties and <br /> functions of the Public Works Department and requires that the Council be notified <br /> of proposed changes to special flood hazard areas. <br /> Reference: Comm. 731 <br /> Intr. by: Ms. David <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Note: B/R, when listed next to the name of an Introducer, signifies that the Council Member has agreed <br /> to introduce legislation `By Request" on behalf of the requesting party. It does not necessarily signify <br /> support of or opposition to the proposal. <br /> The meeting places are accessible for persons with disabilities.
