The owner/developer made partial payments of$23,128 on January 22, 2007 <br /> and $23,600 on September 10, 2015. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to accept the $23,600 in-lieu fee payment from Wainani 42 LLC <br /> to satisfy condition "L" as indicated above.
