Hawai`i County Council-33 March 14,2018
Res. 525-18: URGES THE HAWAII STATE LEGISLATURE NOT TO PASS HOUSE BILL
(H.B.)NO. 1665, HOUSE DRAFT (H.D.)NO. 1, RELATING TO THE
TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATION TAX (TAT)
The proposed H.B. It would also create a tax credit
program for primary residential property owners who do not provide transient
accommodations and cap the amount that a particular county may receive in
reimbursements.
Reference: Comm. 789
Intr. by: Ms. Poindexter
Waived: FC
WITHDRAWN BY INTRODUCER
Page 15
