�ZY OF N4, <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> • <br /> . 7TH CF•11'dy_. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 577 i- <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARK MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECTS AT VARIOUS FACILITIES IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 1. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public many <br /> diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br /> interests of the respective communities in a safe and maintained environment; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council District 1 has various park facilities in need of maintenance and <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,these improvements include, but are not limited to, facility renovations, <br /> fencing, landscaping, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for park maintenance and improvement projects in Council District 1. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $5,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $5,000 <br /> Trans to Cap Proj Fund - G <br /> 341 Misc. Charges <br /> (Discretionary Projects—Council District 1, <br /> 110.588.5589.18) <br />
