BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The County of Hawaii Fire Department currently leases warehouse space at 1990 Kinoole Street. The <br /> current lease expires on May 31, 2018 and the Fire Department desires to continue its lease of the <br /> warehouse space.
