Sako, via Communication No. 842 dated March <br /> 21, 2018, amends Ordinance No. 17-39, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai`i <br /> for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2018. <br /> This bill increases revenues in the Federal Grants—Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) <br /> account ($1.3 million); and appropriates the same to the following 2018-2019 WIOA accounts: <br /> Administration Planning($130,000); Adult Program ($400,000); Dislocated Workers Program • <br /> ($345,000); and Youth Program ($425,000).
