No. 842/Bill No. 129 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:49 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> • <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 129, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 129, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 842 dated March <br /> 21, 2018, amends Ordinance No. 17-39, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai`i <br /> for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2018. <br /> This bill increases revenues in the Federal Grants—Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) <br /> account ($1.3 million); and appropriates the same to the following 2018-2019 WIOA accounts: <br /> Administration Planning($130,000); Adult Program ($400,000); Dislocated Workers Program • <br /> ($345,000); and Youth Program ($425,000).
