\‘ -- <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> • <br /> ..**1. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 599 18 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL COMPUTERS AND WI-FI <br /> EQUIPMENT AT THE PAIIOA SENIOR CENTER. <br /> WHEREAS, one of the goals of the Department of Parks and Recreation is to facilitate <br /> opportunities including educational outreach,that meet the needs of the Big Island community; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation will provide Senior Programs and <br /> the public with the ability to connect to the internet by using its Wi-Fi Access Point at the Pahoa <br /> Senior Center; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation has requested funds to purchase <br /> computer equipment, network equipment, and fiber installation to allow for convenient, wireless <br /> access to the internet at the Pahoa Senior Center; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase and install computers and Wi-Fi equipment at the Pahoa Senior <br /> Center. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $30,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $30,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5503.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $30,000 <br /> P&R Adm Equip <br /> 454 Computer Eqpt& Software <br /> (Wi-Fi for Pahoa Senior Center) <br />
