• <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII �_ � %�•= STATE OF HAWAII <br /> +j••: <br /> �GF.Nn W�: <br /> .•1••••.,pENA�- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ,8 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS AT EXISTING <br /> PARKS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PARK FACILITIES IN COUNCIL <br /> DISTRICT 9. <br /> WHEREAS, there are many improvements that need to be implemented in existing <br /> parks, as well as a need for new park facilities in Council District 9; and <br /> WHEREAS, these improvements include, but are not limited to, fencing, gates, gym <br /> bleachers, and other necessary and appropriate facility renovations and improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, development of new park facilities may include, but is not limited to, <br /> planning and design, environmental assessments, and construction; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for park improvements at existing parks and the development of new park <br /> facilities in Council District 9. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Council hereby transfers/appropriates <br /> the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $4,227 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $4,227 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $4,227 <br /> Trans to Cap Proj Fund-G <br /> 341 Misc.
