In the current fiscal year, <br /> $3,912,461.23 is appropriated for this grant account. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these <br /> additional funds into the Wireless E911'grant account, and bringing the total grant appropriation to <br /> $3,972,461.23. • <br /> The Police Department requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed <br /> on the May 21, 2018 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
