The <br /> amendment, contained in SECTION 3 of Bill No, 108, is illustrated below using Ramseyer <br /> formatting. In this illustration, the deleted language is bracketed and stricken. <br /> "Reachable"means being able to answer the telephone at all times, being able to be <br /> physically present at the short-term vacation rentalwithin one hour following a <br /> request by a guest, a neighbor, or a County agency[, • •. '•. . : - : <br /> residence within thirty driving miles]." <br /> The Planning Committee subsequently amended Bill No. 108 with the contents of <br /> Communication No. 739.78, as amended.
