The State of Hawai`i <br /> Department of Land and Natural Resources awarded the County of Hawai`i Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation $220,00.0.:to construct a paved multi-purpose pathway along Hilo <br /> Bayfront. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled"Hilo Bayfront Trails Ph 2 - <br /> Fed" and to appropriate $220,000.to the Capital Budget for this.project. <br /> The Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting this bill to be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the May 21, 2018 Council agenda in order to <br /> establish thisaccount during the.current fiscal year.
