No. 905 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:30 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 905, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 905, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, dated April 19, 2018, nominates <br /> David Wiseman of District 7 to the Hawai`i County Board of Ethics. <br /> Ms. Rose Bautista, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kim, introduced David Wiseman. Judge Wiseman <br /> recently retired as Associate Judge of the U.S. Commonwealth Superior Court in Saipan. He obtained <br /> his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University and Juris Doctorate from <br /> Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
