REQUEST: <br /> We are requesting that the County accept a donation of: <br /> 10 (ten) Black Nylon "web gear" style duty belts with accessories, to include magazine pouch, pager case, <br /> key holder, chemical agent case, radio case, handcuff case, expandable baton holder, flashlight holder, <br /> holster, and belt keeper. <br /> This donation would be from Mr. Alan Koahou and it would be donated to the Office of the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney for use by.the Invesitgator's Unit. <br /> We are requesting a Resolution be passed to accpet this equipment. . <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Prosecutors Office staff that works in the Investigator's unit utilizes this type of equipment. Having this <br /> equipment will benefit the Investigator's unit.
