This agreement is to facilitate <br /> cooperation and coordination between the WDC and the Hawaii County Workforce <br /> Development Board regarding funds being given by the WDC for rapid response <br /> activities for Hawaii County. The agreement will detail the scope of services, cost and <br /> billing, and reporting responsibilities. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development requests that this resolution be <br /> granted a breach in order to be submitted after the May 16, 2018 transmittal deadline and <br /> that it be waived from the Finance Committee to be placed on the June 5, 2018 Council <br /> agenda in order to expedite the implementation of rapid response activities for the current <br /> lava-crisis. <br /> • <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Neil Gyotoku of the Office of <br /> Housing and Community Development at 961-8379. <br /> Deanna S.
