She <br /> served as Vice President of the Waikoloa Village Outdoor Circle and is the <br /> founder of the annual "Wiliwili Festival". A 26-year resident, Ms. Alos lives in <br /> Waikoloa and notes that she is a member of the Democratic Party. <br /> Mark S. Gordon is currently the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at <br /> JMDecker Group Hawaii, LLC and previously worked for the Santa Clara Valley <br /> Transportation Authority. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Mr. <br /> Gordon's community service includes membership with the Waikoloa Community <br /> Emergency Response Team (CERT), Red Cross Disaster Action Team and as a <br /> volunteer with the United Service Organizations at POhakuloa Army Base. He <br /> lives in Waikoloa and indicates that he is not a member of any political party. <br /> Ms. Alos and Mr. Gordon have been serving on the SKCDP Action Committee as <br /> holdovers.
