These bonds are to fund a portion of the costs of certain <br /> public sewer system improvements for the Lono Kona Subdivision, in North Kona, Hawai`i. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution requesting the Council to authorize the adoption of orm <br /> Resolution 1780-27 providing for a USDA loan to finance the improvements indicated above. <br /> Time is of the essence regarding this and the accompanying resolution and bill. We therefore <br /> ask that a breach be authorized to submit this resolution after the July 20, 2018 submission <br /> deadline, and to waive it from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the August 8, <br /> 2018 Council agenda. We also request that the five-day hold be waived in order to further <br /> expedite this resolution.
