This will bring the <br /> total County portion to $4,839,000 which will be funded by general obligation bonds and/or other <br /> sources. <br /> Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled "Lono Kona Improv Dist– <br /> Federal" and to appropriate $1,071,000 to the Capital Budget for this project. <br /> The Department of Environmental Management is requesting that a breach be granted in order to <br /> submit these bills after the July 20, 2018 submission deadline and that this bill be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee to be placed on the August 8, 2018 Council agenda in order to meet grant <br /> requirements.
