No. 636-18 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:32 p.m: <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 636-18, reports as follows: <br /> P <br /> Resolution 636-18, transmitted by Ronald Kim, Deputy Corporation Counsel, via <br /> Communication No. 980 dated June 29, 2018, authorizes a grant of easement S-41 on, through, <br /> and/or over a portion of Kaomoloa Road, Lot R-1 of File Plan 1683, Tax Map Key No.: 6-7-003, <br /> for sewer purposes to Waimea Wastewater Company, Inc., situated at Lalamilo and Waikoloa, <br /> Waimea, District of South Kohala, Island, County and State of Hawai`i. <br /> The roadway contains an area of approximately 860 square feet, and would be used for a sewer <br /> easement to serve the Lualai Subdivision, with an anticipated sales price of less than $1,000. <br /> Ms. Nahua Guilloz, Vice President of Business Administration at Parker Ranch and the <br /> Corporate Secretary of Waimea Wastewater Company, appeared via the Waimea office <br /> videoconference.
