Q. Should the Council adopt a[n] Unified Impact Fees Ordinance setting forth criteria for <br /> imposition of exactions or the assessment of impact fees, conditions included herein shall <br /> be credited towards the requirements of the Unified Impact Fees Ordinance. <br /> R.
