Sako, via Communication No. 995 dated <br /> July 20, 2018, amends Ordinance No. 18-68, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of <br /> Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the Research and Development Miscellaneous Private <br /> Contributions account ($1,200); and appropriates the same to the Essential Air Service <br /> Waimea-Kohala Airport—Private account.
