BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE.ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Pursuant to Section(s) 342-G-84(b) HRS, the State of Hawaii is authorized to enter into an Advanced Glass <br /> Disposal Fee contract with the County of Hawai`i. The contract is proposing continuation of reimbursement <br /> funding and proposed an Advance Glass Disposal Fee grant of$117,730 for FY2018-19. The $117,730 <br /> reimbursement grant is to offset some of the cost of the Glass collection and beneficial reuse of the glass <br /> from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
