ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 182: AMENDS CHAPTER 36, ARTICLE 1, ARTICLE 4, AND ARTICLE 5, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO MAXIMUM COUNCIL DISTRICT DEVIATION IN ANY REDISTRICTING PLAN Amends Section 36-6 and Section 36-8 by increasing the maximum council district deviation from 4.99 percent to 5.99 percent for any proposed Council District, and repeals Section 36-9, Alternate Plan Requirements.
