This bill establishes the procedures <br /> and processes to be used by affected property owners to pay these assessments. It also <br /> establishes the procedures and processes for the County to collect and process the assessments <br /> and to provide the Director of Finance authorization to take or direct the taking of all such <br /> actions that may be necessary or appropriate in order to collect and enforce the collection of <br /> these assessments. <br /> Time is of the essence regarding this matter. We therefore ask that it be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee in order to be placed on the September 19, 2018 Council agenda.
