BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The appropriation is required to upgrade facilities to meet current standards and repair or replace broken or <br /> hazardous equipment. The improvements to the tennis courts will provide the community much needed and <br /> safer facilities for recreational tennis.
