The owner of the property is Easley Corporation whose <br /> agent is Gregory Mooers whose phone number is (808) 880-1455. The proposed <br /> ground sign, as depicted in the attached drawing, is located at 76-274 Lako Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, HI 96740, with an area of 32-square feet as opposed to the permitted 24 <br /> square feet.
