REQUEST: <br /> Add a Resolution allowing the County of Hawai'i to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)with the <br /> Department of Hawaiian Homes (DHHL). The MOA is for establishing a cost share agreement to install <br /> speed humps on Pakele Lane in Keaukaha, Hilo. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Resolution aims to allow the County of Hawaii to enter into a cost share agreement (MOA) with the <br /> DHHL for the intallation of sheep humps along the entire length of Pakele Lane in Keaukaha, Hilo.
