BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED) : <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) anticipated receiving $2,428,055.00 for its <br /> 2018 CDBG allocation. However, the County received an additional $266,347.00 above its estimated <br /> allocation.
