COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />18 �,1BILL NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAPS FOR THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM THE <br />AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, <br />HAWAII (TAX MAP KEY: 2-4-001:177,185, AND 186). <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Maps for the County of Hawaii are <br />amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br />Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br />rnrrz n - <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of this parcel of land, being also the northwest <br />corner of Lot 3-B, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government <br />Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 4,046.34 feet SOUTH and 492.50 feet <br />EAST running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br />1. 3430 <br />50' <br />551.54 <br />2. 2390 <br />54' 08" <br />23.78 <br />3. 3290 <br />54' 08" <br />59.62 <br />feet along Lot 3-13, Waiakea Cane Lots; <br />feet along the same; <br />feet along the same; <br />Thence, along the north side of Mohouli <br />Street, on a curve to the right with a radius <br />of 1,930.00 feet, the chord azimuth and <br />distance being; <br />
