BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />1. In accordance with section 46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes and section 10-11 <br />of the County Charter, the Mayor of the County of Hawaii is authorized to <br />execute, on behalf of the County, a two (2) year, multi-year agreement, and <br />related documents with the Office of the Auditor, State of Hawaii to allow the <br />County to request assistance in conducting an audit as specified above. <br />2.
