COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAI `I <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1S J-18 <br />BILL NO. 206 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 18-699 AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 309 2019. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1.
