No. 36 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:30 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 36, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 36, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, dated December 19, 2018, nominates <br /> Shellie Bee Manulani Naungayan for reappointment to the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural <br /> Resources Preservation Commission. <br /> Ms. Rose Bautista, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kim, introduced Ms. Naungayan, who appeared in <br /> person. <br /> Several Council Members and Chair David commented in favor of the reappointment.
