No. 35 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:29 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 35, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 35, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, dated December 19, 2018, nominates <br /> Dr. Harold Dwight Dow, Jr. for reappointment to the Salary Commission. <br /> Ms. Rose Bautista, Executive assistant to Mayor Kim, introduced Dr. Harold Dwight Dow, Jr. <br /> who appeared in person. <br /> Council Members and Chair David commented in favor of the reappointment.
