She currently works as a loan officer with-VIP Mortgage, Inc. <br /> Ms. Hubbard was born and raised in Laupahoehoe. She obtained B.S. degrees in <br /> Agriculture Business and Speech Communication from Colorado State University. <br /> Ms. Hubbard enjoys being involved in her community. Since 2015, she has coordinated <br /> the annual music festival for the Laupahoehoe Community Public Charter School <br /> (LCPCS). She is also a former board member of the LCPCS Governing Board. <br /> Ms. Hubbard states she is not affiliated with any political party.
