We submit this letter as written testimony on this matter and have enclosed the 15 <br /> <br /> copies needed for presentation to the Council. <br /> <br /> The Department of Public Works recently installed a "Dead End" sign on the corner of Hanama <br /> <br /> Place which has stopped cars from using Hanama Place as a turn azound and congestion is no <br /> longer an issue. This area is needed for public parking.
