to the sewer line shall be submitted to the COH-WWD for review and approval. <br /> Documents shall be prepared in accordance with Hawai`i County Code Chapter <br /> 21- Sewers, Hawai`i Administrative Rules, Title 11, Chapter 62- Wastewater <br /> Systems, and COH-WWD Sewer Standards. <br /> P. Prior to the initiation of construction work or ground disturbance on the property, <br /> or prior to receipt of Final Plan Approval, whichever occurs first, the applicant <br /> shall assess the additional features at Site 13673 that were found during a <br /> May 20, 2009 SHPD site visit and submit an appropriate report to SHPD, which <br /> may include an updated AIS, for its approval, and implement preservation and <br /> burial treatment measures as approved by the State Historic Preservation Division <br /> in the 1992 Preservation Plan, or a revised Preservation Plan. <br /> [M.]Q. [Should any remains of historic sites such as rock walls, terraces, platforms, <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials be encountered, work in the <br /> State Historic Preservation Division(DLNR HPD) shall be immediately notified. <br /> Subsequent work shall proceed upon an archaeological clearance from DLNR <br /> HPD when it finds that sufficient mitigation measures have been taken.] In the <br /> unlikely event that surface or subsurface historic resources, including human <br /> skeletal remains, structural remains (e.g. rock walls, terraces, platforms, etc.), <br /> cultural deposits, marine shell concentrations, sand deposits, or sink holes are <br /> identified during the demolition and/or construction work, cease work in the <br /> immediate vicinity of the find, protect the find from additional disturbance and <br /> contact the State Historic Preservation Division at (808) 933-7651. Subsequent <br /> work shall proceed upon an archaeological clearance from DLNR-SHPD when it <br /> finds that sufficient mitigation measures have been taken. <br /> -10- <br />
