REQUEST: <br /> Create a new part-time Liquor Control Investigator position. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> West Hawaii has the majority of the liquor dispensers in the County. Most alcohol dispenser business takes <br /> place in the evenings and significantly during the weekends. The conversion of a full-time position to two (2) <br /> part-time positions will hopefully help put additional manpower when most needed, mainly weekend <br /> evenings. Creation of this part-time position would be part of a plan to change Liquor Control Investigator II <br /> position # 00-02118, a full-time, funded position, into 2 (two) part-time positions.
