This federal program provides long-term <br /> case management services to the survivors of Kilauea Volcano eruptions. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept this grant award. Also <br /> enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $1,734,373 grant. <br /> Time is of the essence regarding this matter. We therefore ask that a breach be <br /> authorized to'submit this resolution and bill after the January 31, 2019 submission <br /> deadline, and to waive them from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the <br /> February 20, 2019 Council agenda.
