COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 12 <br />(DRAFT 2) <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 18-689 AS AMENDED, TIME OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 309 2019. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 18-68, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the <br />following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />010.3 607.00 Contribution from Private Source General $ 170:1355 <br />Total $,17011355 <br />SECTION 2. Any funds remaining from projects identified in Exhibit A shall be returned to the 2018 <br />Lava Disaster Relief - Private account. <br />SECTION 5.
