No. 78 <br /> PLACE: Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:15 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 78, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 78, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, dated January 16, 2019,nominates <br /> Judy Greenbaum, of District 9, to the Salary Commission. <br /> Ms. Rose Bautista, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kim, introduced Judy Greenbaum. <br /> Ms. Greenbaum obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the American <br /> Intercontinental University. She worked in mid-level management at the Westin Ilikai as a loan <br /> officer with Norwest Financial and is an owner of a Subway franchise. Ms. Greenbaum was <br /> also the previous treasurer on the Hawai`i Preparatory Academy Ohana Board.
