Section 25-8-3, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i County <br /> Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br /> property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at `O`oma 1st,North <br /> Kona, Hawaii, shall be Family Agricultural— 1 Acre (FA-la): <br /> Beginning at the northeasterly corner of this parcel of land, being the <br /> northwesterly corner of Grant 3821 to Kaulainamoku, along the southerly side of Lot 4, <br /> Kona Acres Subdivision, Unit I, Increment B, the coordinates of said point of beginning <br /> referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "MOANUTAHEA" being 8,717.98 <br /> feet south and 11,588.35 feet west, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from <br /> true South: <br /> 1. 358° 14' 00" 634.00 feet along the westerly side of Grant <br /> 3821 to the northerly side of road <br /> (20.00 foot wide); <br /> 2. 94° 20' 00" 125.00 feet along the northerly side of road <br /> (20.00 feet wide) to the easterly side <br /> of Alanui Kauila; <br /> -1- <br />
