The current applicant requests that this extension request and update be <br /> considered, albeit belated,the progress report from 2011 to the present. <br /> O. This relates to a time extension,wherein the Planning Director may issue the <br /> initial extension. In this case,this was done in a letter, dated September 5, <br /> 2012,to July 2016. (Exhibit F—Time Extension). <br /> As noted earlier, an initial time extension was granted. Pursuant to this <br /> condition,the Applicant is requesting retroactive extension from July 2016 <br /> plus five(5)years to address the requirements of Conditions D (dedication of <br /> 'the right-of-way),E(completion of the off-site improvements), and F <br /> (completion of any off-site street lights and traffic controls). <br />
