The subject property is located,at 680 Manono Street,along the west side of <br /> Manono Street,midway between Kekuanao`a Street and Hualani Street,Waiakea Houselots,South <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i. <br /> The applicant is requesting amendments to Change of Zone Ordinance No. 06-107 <br /> (REZ-06-000032),which include a five(5)year time extension to:complete the required off- <br /> site infrastructure improvements in Condition E; complete the future road-widening as <br /> required in Condition D;allow the construction of a new commercial structure in Condition <br /> B,and an additional allowance of an administrative time extension allowed in Condition O. <br /> The non-performance is the result of conditions that could not have been <br /> foreseen or are beyond the control of the applicants,successors or assigns,and that are <br /> not the result of their fault or negligence.The applicant(Makalika 521,LLC)acquired the <br /> Hawai`i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
