COUNTY OF HAWAII •_ _• <br />SITE Gs•M�,� <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br />RECREATION, RECREATION DIVISION FOR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, <br />SPECIAL EVENTS, AND MISCELLANEOUS SUPPLIES AND EXPENSES IN <br />DISTRICT 1. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division provides a <br />diversified recreation program that addresses the needs and interests of the respective <br />communities in a safe environment with zero tolerance for illegal drugs and violence; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division requests <br />funds for District 1's recreational activities, special events, and miscellaneous supplies and <br />expenses; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division for recreational activities, special events, and <br />miscellaneous supplies and expenses in District 1. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $2,100 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation <br />Recreation Div OCE <br />341 Misc.
