' <br /> RE: Amend Ordinance 17-48 <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to amend Ordinance 17-48 which authorizes the Mayor to <br /> enter into an intergovernmental agreement for a State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund <br /> Loan (SRF) for financing solid waste improvement projects. The purpose of this measure is to <br /> increase the authorized amount for this project from $20,000,000 to $24,000,000.
