SECTION 4. The only changes to Ordinance 16-29 are reflected solely in the monetary <br />amount indicated in the Ordinance Title, Section 1, and in Exhibit A, which has been replaced <br />with a new exhibit labeled as Exhibit A, Draft 2. <br />SECTION 5. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions <br />or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 6. Effective Date.
