To answer your question, also we get into the issue of, with the flag lot, <br /> the back lot people, I.guess, if we were to sell the back lot, they would have to grant easement to <br /> the front lot, and then you'll have,just a lot, to me, layperson, right, a lot more simple to have an <br /> access to each since there are only two lots and they both front the highway, instead of hav- so, <br /> so now you are in a situation where if we have-it on the east side, then the house lot, the front lot, <br /> has to have easement over the other guy's property; and then maybe not a problem now,but <br /> down the road and as you look at people, you know, the maintenance of that and that kind of <br /> thing,just makes it simpler and makes a lot cleaner and easier for us. And the thing is there <br /> already, so that was our thinking behind it. <br /> KERN: And, again,that ended up being the case where the change of zone that happened just on <br /> the Honoka`a side of it. ` <br /> UNGER: Any other questions?
