The Software by Citilabs Inc., is an ArcGIS extension which would aid in <br /> the assessment of highway projects with transit,bicycle and pedestrian benefits as well as <br /> evaluation of access to various land uses, including jobs and necessities, such as groceries, <br /> schools,banks,health care and other services.
