COUNTY OF HAWAII "Welii.- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ..,..,;4:1::,;:-:#7...i...?......- <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> ra oF.H'? . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 160 19 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HAWAII STATE ASSOCIATION OF <br /> COUNTIES' EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SLATE OF OFFICERS. <br /> WHEREAS, Hawai`i County is a member of the Hawai`i State Association of Counties <br /> (HSAC); and <br /> WHEREAS, the HSAC Executive Committee on April 12, 2019, approved a slate of <br /> executive committee members for the respective terms beginning July 1, 2019; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with the HSAC Bylaws, prior to the HSAC annual meeting <br /> in June 2019, "each council after receipt of the slate shall take action deemed necessary to <br /> approve the slate at the annual meeting; provided that no council shall take any action requesting <br /> or requiring removal from the slate of an appointee from another council"; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> Hawai`i State Association of Counties' Executive Committee members and alternates are <br /> approved as follows for the term beginning July 1, 2019: <br /> President: Joey Manahan; alternate Ikaika Anderson <br /> Vice President: Ross Kagawa; alternate Arthur Brun <br /> Secretary: Ashley L. Kierkiewicz; alternate Rebecca Villegas <br /> Treasurer: Kelly T. King; alternate Tamara Paltin <br /> I <br />
