SECTION 4. The only changes to Ordinance 16-29 are reflected solely in the monetary <br /> amount indicated in the Ordinance Title, Section 1, and in Exhibit A, which has been replaced <br /> with a new exhibit labeled as Exhibit A, Draft 2. <br /> SECTION 5. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions <br /> or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 6. Effective Date.
